Those of you taking this Frailty Certification course will be on the cutting edge of new models of care where risk and benefit are identified for each patient and their expectations and priorities are addressed in light of their degree of risk and potential benefits from healthcare decisions they make. The curriculum has been designed to provide information on frailty and the associated impact of frailty on chronically ill people in a variety of settings. This course is approximately 2 hours in length.
