Course Description:
Cultural competence in health care is essential in providing quality care and life to those we serve in the post-acute care industry. The MDS 3.0 v 1.18.11 has expanded sections and asks about health literacy. Plan to attend this educational session and discover how improving culturally competent care will improve resident outcomes.
