INTERACT™ Certified Champion Recertification Program
Course Description:
This course is designed for attendees who have already taken the INTERACT Certified Champion class, have passed the exam, and now need to re-certify. A review of some of the exciting changes in the industry will be covered, along with strategies to work with the changes. A refreshing look at the INTERACT 4.5 Quality Improvement Program will be provided along with key points on program sustainability and oversight for success! Targeted Audience:

• Describe the current landscape of health care reform and funding that make the INTERACT™ 4.5 Quality Improvement Program an essential QI initiative for post-acute and long-term care organizations • Verbalize understanding of how to optimally utilize the INTERACT™ 4.55 Quality Improvement tools and resources • Discuss 2 key strategies for sustainability of the program • Develop an individualized Action Plan for QAPI for the facility to optimize the tools and resources of the INTERACT™ 4.5 Quality Improvement Program to work towards the quality of care and reduction in unnecessary hospital readmissions Course Length:
